PASTOR DOUG LASIT
Pastor Doug along with his wife Donna, are the Lead Pastors of The Pearl Church in Denver Colorado. For two decades they were considered two of the most respected youth pastors in America. They are the founders of Generation Unleashed, a youth and young adult conference that draws thousands of youth, young adults, youth pastors and leaders from across the United States every year. They have been featured in Charisma Magazine, Billboard Magazine, Ministries Today, Worship Leader Magazine, and scores of other publications. Pastor Doug is a church plant coach, a church strategist, a champion of the Local Church and his heart beats to see revival in cities and transformation in the lives of people.
PASTOR DONNA LASIT
Pastor Donna Lasit pastors and leads The Pearl Church alongside her husband, Doug in Denver, CO. She is a world-renowned worship leader, recording artist, and speaker who is passionate about people finding life and purpose in Jesus.
Donna leads The Beautiful Conference at The Pearl Church, which is an annual women’s conference in Denver, CO. This conference brings together thousands of women from around the world to be united, empowered, and released to be all that God has called them to be.
She is also the founder and creator of The Beautiful Magazine, a publication of redemptive stories and faith-based insights written by women for women.
Donna enjoys spending time with her husband, Doug and three kids, Kale’i, Tessa, and Ka’i, sippin’ a London fog, and cheering on the Denver Broncos.
